A confidential coaching and counseling program for managers, executives and professionals on business and/or personal style issues to enhance how the organization views the participant's competence, performance, and image.

This program provides a pragmatic behavioral approach to assist participants with specific issues and provides rapid response to situational problems as they arise.

The program runs in 30-day intervals. It includes unlimited access to coaching and counseling by phone (calls returned within 90 minutes), e-mails, faxes and letters. Times are not limited to business hours. The fee is $1,000 per 30-day interval. If multiple intervals are booked, discounts are available. Participants will deal exclusively with Donald Horton.

He will review it and let you know if coaching makes sense, as well as when he would be able to begin working as your coach--because participation is limited there may be a waiting list. After payment by check or credit card is received, Donald Horton will make arrangements with you for an initial telephone call to discuss your particular situation and how to proceed.
