Mentoring for HR Professionals

The mentor program provides six months of unlimited access to mentoring with Donald Horton by e-mail, phone, fax, regular mail, etc.

You can meet in person, as well, if convenient for both of you. Donald Horton will help you strategically (how to resolve a problem investigation, how to analyze a situation to determine if you need to create a new policy, etc.); and, tactically (what to say at the meeting tomorrow, how to get conflict resolution, etc.)

Donald Horton returns all phone calls within 90 minutes, and all written correspondence within 24 hours.

You will only deal with Donald Horton. This program's pragmatic, behavioral approach assists participants with specific issues and rapid response to situational problems.

Because of the unlimited access to Donald Horton, this is a very powerful, personal development and learning experience for HR professionals who are serious about taking every opportunity to increase their value to an organization.

How to Begin:
Send an e-mail describing your situation to Donald Horton at horton@winternet.com.

He will review it and let you know if mentoring makes sense, as well as when he would be able to begin working as your mentor--because participation is limited there may be a waiting list.

The fee for six months of mentoring is $3,500 payable by check or credit card. You may call a "time out" (stopping the running of the six months) at any point, for vacations or personal leaves, etc., and then "report back in" when you're ready to begin again.

When payment by check or credit card is received, Donald Horton will make arrangements with you for an initial telephone call to establish the goals of mentoring.

Organizations can designate up to three individuals as participants in the six-month, unlimited access, mentor program for $7,500. Up to six individuals may be designated for $10,000.
